Zaitoon HR is a UAE-based company building an HRMS for small and mid-sized businesses — and a consulting team that delivers hands-on HR work while the platform comes to life.
Most UAE SMEs run HR on spreadsheets, email, and memory.
The global HRMS platforms don’t understand UAE labour law. The ones that do are priced for enterprises with 500+ employees. And the freelance HR consultant with a WhatsApp group isn’t a system.
The result: UAE SMEs spend hours every month on manual leave tracking, paper-based onboarding, ad-hoc payroll calculations, and last-minute Emiratisation scrambles. The work gets done, but slowly, inconsistently, and in a way that doesn’t scale.

Zaitoon HR is a single platform that handles employee records, onboarding, leave, payroll, Emiratisation tracking, performance reviews, and document generation — built from the ground up around UAE labour law, MOHRE requirements, and WPS compliance.
It’s not a global tool with a regional plug-in. It’s software designed for a specific market and built by a team that works in it every day.

Where we work
Zaitoon HR is licensed and based in the United Arab Emirates, with our office at the Sharjah Research, Technology & Innovation Park. We work primarily with businesses operating in the UAE — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
