Are you lawyers?
No — we’re HR consultants. For complex labour disputes or litigation we work with UAE labour lawyers and refer when needed. Our work is the day-to-day documentation and policy work that lawyers don’t usually want to do.
Will the contracts work for visa renewals and MOHRE?
Yes. Our templates are built to MOHRE format and have been used in real businesses across multiple Emirates. We’ll tell you if your specific situation needs a labour lawyer instead.
Can you handle bilingual (Arabic + English) documents?
For v1 we draft in English. We can coordinate certified Arabic translation through trusted partners when required for official filing.
How long does a full handbook engagement take?
Typically two to four weeks from kick-off to delivery, depending on the size of the business and how much exists already.
