Zaitoon HR is a UAE-based HR technology and advisory company helping small and mid-sized businesses run employee, payroll, and people operations with greater structure and visibility.
Most UAE SMEs run HR on spreadsheets, email, and memory.
General-purpose HR platforms often require substantial local configuration, while enterprise suites can be difficult to justify for smaller teams. Informal tools and disconnected advisory work do not create a reliable operating system.
The result: UAE SMEs spend hours every month on manual leave tracking, paper-based onboarding, ad-hoc payroll calculations, and last-minute Emiratisation scrambles. The work gets done, but slowly, inconsistently, and in a way that doesn’t scale.

Zaitoon HR is licensed and based in the United Arab Emirates, with our office at the Sharjah Research, Technology & Innovation Park. We work primarily with businesses operating in the UAE — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
