We already have an HR person — can you still help?

Yes. Many of our engagements augment an in-house HR team rather than replace them. Think of us as the deep-dive partner for projects that don’t fit the day-to-day workload.

Are you a recruitment agency?

No. We help you design and run a hiring process — including sourcing and interviews — but we don’t operate on agency commission. Our fees are fixed and transparent.

Can you help with Emiratisation?

Yes. We help businesses understand their obligation under MOHRE rules, plan a realistic path to meeting it, and document the process correctly.

How long does an engagement usually last?

Anything from a one-week audit to a three-month structured programme. We scope every project up front so there are no surprises.
